12 months in French oak barrels

 

TASTING NOTES

Intense deep red color with purple reflections. Spice and prune aromas with dark berry notes.
Rich and robust on the palate, with concentrated tannins and a great aftertaste.

 

PAIRING SUGGESTION

Red meat, cured meat and roasted meat with red sauce

 

Best served at 18 – 20 ℃
