The Winery
Next to the old Winery are the new facilities which include:
- The Production Area
Suitable area for the reception of grapes with modern equipment. This includes pneumatic presses, cooling units, heat exchangers, full jacket tanks for static defecation and alcoholic fermentation in order to control the temperature, insulated stabilisation tanks, special pre-fermentation extraction tanks, as well as fermentors for red wine production.

- The Bottling Area
The area which houses the bottling line.

- The Warehouse
The area in which the wine rests under controlled humidity and temperature conditions after its bottling until it is marketed.
